Fraňo Dubreta started racing in 2017 in Renault Twingo Cup. Afterwards, he competed in Montenegro Hillclimb Championship and Croatian National Circuit Championship where he became a champion in 2023.

He made his debut in TCR Eastern Europe in 2021 with a single-event start in Brno. In 2024, he will race the whole year.
