Read some interesting words that we heard after the last qualifying of the 2021 season at Automotodrom Brno.

Carol Wittke (Fullinrace Academy) – 1st place

„I´m really happy with the result. We have made a very good set-up and I felt very well. I was able to do a good lap time. I´m very satisfied also for my teammate who was second, for my team, mechanics and engineer. We all have done good job today. Track is not easy for the tyres. Car is perfect on the track. I think when I make good start and when I´m first in the first corner I have a good chance to win a race. My pace was very good in qualifying. We have to be good in tyre management for the whole distance and we have to avoid problems.“

Petr Čížek (Fullinrace Academy) – 2nd place

„I´m very happy with result but I´m not happy with the gap between me and Carol. He was faster by six tenths. Brno suits him incredibly good. We definitely made a good set-up and the fact we race with zero extra weight helps us as well. I would be a bad driver if I don´t want to be on the podium also in races. I believe in double victory. We have to do a good start and made a gap between us and opponents. If it happen, I believe other drivers will not be able to stick with us.“

Bartosz Groszek (Horňák-Aditis) – 3rd place

„I´m satisfied with the result, considering that I´m on this track for the first time. Second place was within reach, but we didn´t want to lose another set of tyres. As I said before the weekend, I quickly get used to the new conditions and track. Carol showed good pace already in morning practice. After deduction of points, it seems to me that I´m only three points behind him, so it´s still very close. Our goal for qualifying was to finish in top three and we managed to do so. The plan for tomorrow will be to overtake Carol as soon as possible and reach the finish line before him.“
