Bartosz Groszek – Audi RS3 LMS TCR (Aditis Racing) – 1st place
I think we have found good car setup, we are slightly struggling with the jumping of the car. Actually our plan was to be in P3 or P4 position, now we are on pole-position and we will have 40 kilos weight ballast for Slovakia Ring, which is not ideal. But we will fight as much as we can to score as much points as possible. I´m also happy that Milovan is back and starting next to me. He is always fast here, we had a nice battle last year and I hope for same this year.
Milovan Vesnić – Audi RS3 LMS TCR (ASK Vesnic) – 2nd place
I´m very happy and finally my car is working perfect. We have completely changed suspension for this weekend. We are working on the car step by step. I´m also pleased that I and Bartosz put our older cars to the front row. I´m expecting very interesting race today, I don´t know what´s going to happen.
Petr Semerád – Hyundai i30N TCR (Hyundai / Janík Motorsport) – 2nd place
The heat is extreme, but I like Croatia and the surroundings of the circuit is really nice. About the qualifying, I´m happy for the third place, but we hoped to be closer to Bartosz Groszek – ideally in front of him. It didn´t happened, however we have 40 kilograms of weight ballast, which is really significant in terms of driving the car. We are expecting really high temperatures for the race, so the tires degradation will be high and we will have to change geometry of the wheels.
