Martin Kadlečík is a young Czech racing driver. He started with autocross.

In 2022, he moved to circuit racing, entering the Twingo Cup Series. After one year, he moved to Clio Cup and won the Trophy Category there. After this achievement, he moved to TCR Eastern Europe.

He also successfully represented the Czech Republic in the FIA Motorsport Games in 2022, where he battled for a win in the e-sports category.
