The draw decided that the first eight drivers from Race 1 will start in reversed order to Race 2 in Poznan. It means that TCR Eastern Europe debutant Bartosz Groszek will begin from pole position ahead of second Lukasz Stolarczyk and third Sebastian Steibel.
On Saturday, Bartosz Groszek finished his first TCR Eastern Europe race on 8th place. And on Sunday, he will have a big chance to achieve even better result. It was decided that top eight drivers from Race 1 will start in reversed order to Race 2. It means that Groszek, who races with ESET Race Star support in Poznan, gains pole position.
We will see even two Polish drivers in first row of the grid on Sunday. Lukasz Stolarczyk, who finished seventh in Race 2, will be alongside Groszek and will start from second. The third position will belong to Sebastian Steibel. The German driver races with ESET Race Star support as Groszek.
Petr Čížek will begin Race 2 from fourth position. Tomasz Rzepecki will start fifth, Szymon Jablonski sixth, the championship leader Tomáš Pekař seventh and Race 1 winner Michal Makeš will have to get up from eighth position. TOP 10 will be completed by ninth Giacomo Ghermandi and tenth Carol Wittke.

The 2019 TCR Eastern Europe champion Milovan Vesnić will try to fix his unsuccessful Race 1. But he will have to move from 11th place. Sanel Cehic will start from 12th position, Radim Adámek will be 13th, Jakub Wyszomirski 14th and Sebastian Kolakowski 15th.
Groszek will be the first driver from Poland who will start from pole position in TCR Eastern Europe. In the past, any Polish driver didn´t start from pole position.
