There are further changes in the calendar for the 2020 season due to the current coronavirus pandemic. Events at the Red Bull Ring and in Poznan are canceled. The season will start in Grobnik.
We have to make further changes to the calendar for this season because of the current coronavirus pandemic. Races at the Red Bull Ring, Austria and in Poznan, Poland are canceled without replacement, thus the calendar now includes four events instead of six. Originally, the event in Styria was to take place from 15 to 17 May. In Poland, it was supposed to race from June 5 to 7.
After this decision, Grobnik becomes the venue for the opening racing weekend. The Croatian races are scheduled on the weekend of July 24-26. After this meeting, the season will continue at the Slovakia Ring (August 21-23), in Brno (September 4-6) and the final battle of the 2020 season will take place at the Hungaroring on the weekend of October 17-18. The Hungarian event was moved to this date from the weekend of April 17-19, when the season was originally supposed to start here.
