TCR Europe has published the new calendar for the upcoming 2024 season, and the penultimate round will take place at Brno, where the championship will be joined by TCR Eastern Europe, marking the final event of the season for the latter.
TCR Europe has revealed a shorter calendar for the 2024 season, consisting of only six events, running from April to September. This reduction in events aims to reduce costs and allow competitors to participate in other TCR events. The season will start at Vallelunga, followed by Zolder, Salzburgring, Spa-Francorchamps, Brno and Valencia.
Therefore, Czech fans will have a unique opportunity not only to watch the TCR Eastern Europe event with plenty of Czech drivers, but also witness some of the best touring drivers competing in TCR Europe. The weekend schedule for TCR Europe will consist of two free practice sessions, a two-part qualifying session, and two races. TCR Eastern Europe will have one practice session, one qualifying session, and two races.
