Michal Makeš (Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra) – 1st place
„I´m happy. I drove 2:12,2 already on old tyres. But we decided to use also fresh tyres to be on the safe side. But it was warming and the rest of the grid weren´t able to set faster times. I´m satisfied but it will be more difficult in Brno because we will have more extra weight. I wanted to try that we have a pace. Hopefully it will be good this weekend. We will see what will happen in race.“
Giacomo Ghermandi (Lema Racing) – 3rd place
„I´m happy. My problem is foot. And it´s better in new car because I can brake much stable with right foot. There is not big difference between old Cupra and new Cupra but new Cupra is better for my problem. It´s for the first time I finished in top three. I´m happy for me and also for the team. They worked really hard to achieve it. For race, my target is top three. In qualifying, we made some stupid errors. We have to stay concentrated and avoid to problems in first laps.“
Jonas Karklys (NordPass) – 4th place
„Actually, it could be better. We didn´t manage to put everything together during the lap. I struggled with oversteering. I also struggled with Hankook tyres a little bit. But we are improving with every stint. So everything is okay. We will see what will happen in race. It´s hard to predict anything. We want to drive without mistakes and we will see what will happen.“
