Already crowned the champion a whole race weekend early, Maťo Homola’s podium at Brno has helped elevate the Slovakian Hyundai racer to 12th place, moving ahead of KUMHO TCR World Tour driver and 2017 touring car champion Thed Bjork, and reigning TCR Italy champion Niels Langeveld.

René Kircher climbed up four spots to 27th place in the ranking, after the Mertel Motorsport Honda driver claimed victory in the final race of the season. Just five places behind him is the returning Bartosz Groszek, who’s reactivated his score after returning to the grid, and moved up 11 places to 32nd, ensuring a qualifying spot for the Final. Also set to qualify for the final are Petr Cizek and Sebastian Steibel in 46th and 55th.

16-year-old Attila Bucsi claimed a sensational pole position and victory in his first ever TCR race, and with a points finish in Race 2, Bucsi made a strong entry into the ranking, coming in at position 365 of the 1,100+ drivers after just two races (with 20 races countable).
