Dušan Borković won also in Race 2 at Automotodrom Brno. Milovan Vesnić finished on the second place and Szymon Jablonski was third.

Dušan Borković clinched the championship title yesterday, but he definitely isn’t slowing down. The Serbian showed it also in Race 2 of the weekend at Automotodrom Brno. He gained the sixth victory of the 2020 season.

But in the beginning, it seemed that it could be a more dramatic battle fot the victory today. Vesnić, who started from the second place, had the best start and took the first place. But Borković overtook his countryman already in Lap 1 and he dominated since that moment. Vesnić had to settle with the second place.

But we saw a great battle for the third place. At first, it was Dušan Kouřil Jr., who drove on the bronze position. But later, Michal Makeš overtook him. The Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra driver was on the way to his first podium in TCR Eastern Europe at that moment.

But unfortunately for him, he didn’t achieved it. He dropped behind Szymon Jablonski in the next laps. So it was Polish driver who finished on the third place and repeated the result from yesterday. He also won the juniors ranking. Makeš was fourth at the finish.

Carol Wittke finished on the fifth place and Jáchym Galáš on the sixth position. These two fought a fantastic duel during the race. Szymon Ladniak was seventh, Radim Adámek was eighth, Lukasz Stolarczyk was ninth and Rudolf Pešović scored first point in the season thanks to the tenth place.

The second best man from Race 1 Sandro Soubek didn’t have a luck today. The Austrian went out of the track in Lap 1 and lost a lot of time. In the end, he finished only on the 13th place.

Dušan Kouřil Jr. experienced another difficult race today. He dropped from third place to 14th. Petr Čížek and Jakub Wyszomirski also didn’t succeed. The Czech driver of Fullinrace Academy had to complete a one pitstop because of the problems and finished on the 15th place. Jakub Wyszomirski didn’t finish the race after the contact with Jáchym Galáš.
