TCR Eastern Europe continues this weekend with the fourth round of the 2026 season. The field heads to the Slovakia Ring, a classic circuit on the championship calendar and a track that traditionally delivers spectacular racing.

Martin Kadlečík from Aditis Racing arrives in Slovakia as the championship leader with 160 points, holding a 28-point advantage over his main title rival, Adam Kout from Hyundai Janík Motorsport. The pair have dominated the top step of the podium since the start of the season, with Kadlečík taking five victories and Kout two.

Kadlečík’s black Audi RS 3 LMS is currently on a hot streak, having won the last three races at Most and the Salzburgring, with Kout’s Hyundai Elantra finishing second each time.

There is little doubt that the two title rivals will once again be among the leading contenders, but anything can happen. As we have already seen during the 2026 campaign, both drivers have encountered unexpected issues that have cost them valuable points.

There is also a strong trio regularly challenging the championship frontrunners: Kout’s teammate Jiří Zbožínek, Croatian driver Žarko Knego in his Hyundai Elantra, and Petr Čížek in the Cupra. They are frequently involved in the fight for the remaining podium spot and are ready to capitalise whenever the leading contenders run into trouble.

Aditis Racing will once again field a second car for team owner Radim Adámek, while Knego will be joined by his compatriot and Auto Klub Dubrovnik teammate Luka Fabijančič, who will drive a Hyundai i30 N TCR.

The Slovakia Ring race weekend begins with qualifying on Friday at 16:40. Race 1 will take place on Saturday at 13:05, followed by Race 2 on Sunday at 12:00.
